I am hearing impaired, and the entire team took their time to explain anything I needed. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I am so grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Fontes. He explained everything I asked about and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Brynn was wonderful and communicated with me through text, which helped me tremendously.
