The care provided received by the whole nursing team assigned to my room ensured I was comfortable and when the noticed my arm swelling in area where insertion was made on arm. They took proactive measures to reduce swelling by applying constant pressure, informed doctors who had a team of specialists determine issue and after trying different methods, took decisive action and swelling succeeded. Recognition of pre-op nurse Helen who took the time to explain everything preparing me for surgery & PAT nurse Olivia, ensuring I was prepared with knowledge. The team that worked with Dr. Ghiloni in operating room, ensured I was comfortable, checked on me constantly, played my favorite music and were most professional & friendly before, during, and afterwards as stents were inserted.

Dr. Dudshia and his team were nothing but top notch. They always made me feel at ease. The team always answered my questions and put me at ease. Well, I was initially scared, they’re caring ways and beautiful smiles, helped my soul to be at peace for my surgery. The aftercare and follow up with the surgeon, his staff, and all the hospital personnel who worked with me, were truly the best. There are no words to adequately, thank each, and every one of them for their caring and professional mannerism at all times I truly fell in love with each and every one of them, and I will be forever grateful for the care and treatment I received. I would recommend each and every one of them without hesitation.

I would personally like to recognize and thank Fele D. for the extraordinary care she gave me from the moment I was admitted to the hospital. I have always had a deep fear of hospitals, but Fele immediately made me feel safe and welcomed. She cared for me with genuine compassion, patience, and kindness. When my anxiety became overwhelming, she knew how to calm me, reassure me, and help me understand what was happening. Most importantly, Fele helped me find the courage to move forward with the open-heart surgery that ultimately saved my life. Her attention to detail and commitment to my well-being went far beyond what I ever expected. Even after my surgery, when I was no longer assigned to her section or floor, she continued checking on me and came to visit just to make sure I was doing okay. Fele was more than a caregiver. She was a source of comfort, strength, and hope during one of the most frightening times of my life. I will never forget the love and compassion she showed me or the important role she played in saving my life. Thank you, Fele, from the bottom of my newly repaired heart. You are truly the best caregiver anyone could ever hope to have, and I will always be grateful for you.
